ULS views safety as being fundamental to the successful outcome of all of our projects. Our goal is to nurture and promote a safety culture which effectively identifies and manages risk through recognition, evaluation, and education of our employees and clients in compliance with legislative requirements as well as state of the art professional practices to ensure that everyone goes home safely every day.

ULS has an effective ISO 9001 accredited Quality Management System (QMS) which in simple terms is “aimed at getting it right first time” rather than being a reactive response to substandard performance. The QMS comprises processes and controls which are implemented in a systematic manner across all of our business functions to allow us to consistently:

  • exceed our client’s expectations by ensuring appropriate two-way communications are maintained thereby ensuring that their requirements are fully understood and fulfilled
  • set measurable targets to monitor our achievement toward pre-determined objectives
  • evaluate our performance against these targets to identify progress
  • provide appropriate resources and a suitable working environment
  • monitor, audit and review our systems in order to identify areas to continually improve performance
